The location, close to the palace, was absolutely beautiful. Plus, being near the freeway made it convenient for exploring the area. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and even a welcome drink upon arrival. I also appreciated the various amenities, like the ironing facilities and sitting area in the room. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The flat-screen TV and comfortable bed made for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

We had a great romantic escape here! the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing weekend. the location was also great, in the heart of the town, we were able to walk everywhere. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which had amazing food and a lovely atmosphere.

The Wi-Fi was not very good and it was hard to stay connected. some of the staff seemed a bit indifferent and not very welcoming or accommodating.

We were disappointed that the pictures advertised a castle nearby, which was actually a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Also, the free Wi-Fi had such a low bandwidth that we couldn't even check our emails. Lastly, the included restaurant was just fair, so we recommend checking out the surroundings for better dining options during your stay.
